History, Mission & Vision
History
The Alliance for Interracial Dignity was founded in 2012 by local school district, church, and city leaders in the Webster Groves, Missouri area. The Alliance has been convening monthly community conversation about race and racism and advocating for racial justice since that time.
Mission
Learning from our collective past, challenging the racial status quo, and building a stronger community.
Vision
The Alliance for Interracial Dignity is committed to building a socially just community. The Alliance addresses issues of racial equity with the belief that making progress in this critical area will open the door to ending other forms of oppression.
