Accountability

People of Color make up < 10% of the population in Webster Groves, and their perspectives are the guiding light of our work. Our Coordinating Council and membership are multiracial, but majority white. In addition to the leaders within our organization, we have several accountability partners who are leaders of color that follow our work and provide ongoing feedback.
