Beginning in 2016, the St. Louis Equity in Entrepreneurship Collective has operated as a cross-sector collaborative working to improve racial and gender equity in St. Louis’ entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Since inception, the Collective has engaged relevant stakeholders around its vision that an entrepreneur’s success will not be pre-determined by their race or gender in the St. Louis region.
